Service with a Smile is a novel by P. G. Wodehouse, first published in the United States on 15 October 1961 by Simon & Schuster, Inc., New York, and in the United Kingdom on 17 August 1962 by Herbert Jenkins, London. It is the eighth full-length novel set at Blandings Castle, and features the unstoppable Uncle Fred in his fourth and final novel appearance. Since it is easier for a camel to escort another camel through the eye of a needle than for a blurb writer to guide one through the blissful maze of a P G Wodehouse plot - let us say about Service with a Smile that it is clearly about pigs (since Lord Emsworth of Blandings Castle and George Wellbeloved are involved): that it is about trying to make the course of young love run smooth despite many bumps in the path (since Uncle Fred is involved): that it is about all things merry and unexpected and hilarious (since P G Wodehouse is involved).

Light rubbing to spine heal. Jacket corners lightly chipped, some small closed edge tears, price clipped. Over all better than very good copy in like jacket.
